CAPER

At the conclusion of each Program Year, the City is required by HUD to report on its progress toward meeting the goals and objectives of the annual Action Plan and five-year Consolidated Plan.

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is the City of Paramount’s report to HUD describing the use of federal CDBG and HOME funds. The CAPER reports on the fifth Program Year of the Consolidated Plan period.
